Question Budget 27" Monitor for Video Editing?

So I'm looking for a good but non-expensive (funny, huh? XD) 27" monitor for photo and video editing.
User used to have an Asus PB278Q in the past.

If you need 144hz 1440p as well, the samsung LC27HG70QQMXCH has really good colors out of the box, with DeltaT of 2.36, while being in a good price range (its still expensive, and you should look elsewhere for 60hz and 1080p monitors,)

I tried to look that model but it's like an out of Europe version.
Besides that 144Hz has no use for this I think, but going 1080p is a no no. Minimum for the usage should be 2k or more like 4k

27 inch at 1080p is stupid anyway.

As for the out of europe thing, im not sure. im from europe and I have it as my main monitor.
