Hello, this is a build for my dad (lol), he needs a budget PC for Photoshop and other Multi-Media, able to run lower end games for when my cousins/family/friends come over.


APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This weekend BUDGET RANGE: $350-550 after Rebates.

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Photoshop, Multi-Media , Internet, Games (Why not, for my cousins that come over :) )

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset/Speakers, Operating System

If anyone can find a way to make this build about $50-100 cheaper without sacrificing too much performance that would be amazing, thank you!

 
Having seen the benches - the addition of a 6mb L3 *does* give performance boost for Photoshop and with current pricing and juicy combos floating around here is a x4 925/CF capable config within your grasp hehe
