Budget Accurate MONITOR

Hello!
I am planning to buy a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 24 inch(atleast) monitor for CGI Creation and Compositing purposes. I am need for excellent color accuracy in a small budget of INR 20000.
I am currently interested in one i.e. -

This costs appox. 21000. So the flexibility maximum is 22000.
Gaming is not a priority but an added point if it can co-exist which I highly doubt as I suppose I should be buying an IPS panel. Correct me if I am wrong.
GPU can handle it. using a 21 inch glossy panel and in dire need for a bigger screen, preferably matte.
Viewing angles do matter.
Please help me choose the best monitor I can afford.

The monitor you're interested in seems like a decent deal. Also the feedback is good. Dell UltraSharp's have always been good, can't go wrong.

Bear with me here - Since this was launched in 2015, i was wondering if it mattered at all and if i should go for some new monitor similar to this out there.
Also should i even think about U2417H?
