Budget AM3+ mobo

Hi, I want to get an inexpensive mobo to go with:

AMD Phenom II X6 1055T (CM Hyper TX3 Evo)
ATI Radeon HD 5870 (AC Accelero Xtreme 5870)
4x2GB Samsung DDR3 1333GHz CL9

Would something like this be good enough?
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 AM3+
Or would you suggest something else?

I'm not sure what are the consequences of using 8/2 phase power, is this good for the above setup? Bad? Expected?

Such power dssign enables you to overclock as well . Even if not overclocking(the best) it is a good mobo for the setup.
