Build Advice Budget build and a few questions regarding a few concerns.

Hello, I'm trying to build a budget gaming pc for under £600. Building one myself is not what I normally do, have only ever had prebuilt pcs. I will only be playing on a 1080p60 monitor and hope for good fps, as currently my i5 4590 and gtx 970 are struggling around 40fps in the games I play (Total War games) I have found a motherboard, cpu, ram deal for £300 which is this:

CCL 4.25GHz AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Bundle - 16GB, MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX Motherboard

I was going to add a RX 590.

I'll be re-using my drives here:
250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 540MB/sR | 520MB/sW)
2nd Storage Drive 1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1003FZEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

I also have a Super Quiet Titan DragonFlyTriple Copper Heatpipe Intel CPU Cooler from my current build to reuse if I can.

Will my inWin GT1 case be sufficient for the new motherboard and gpu? Also, in regards to power, I have a CORSAIR 550W VS SERIES™ VS-550 psu, would that be sufficient to run the components, or should I look to increase that too?

Thanks for your time!
