Budget build around £400 that able to run Dota 2 on decent graphic and fps.

I am trying to build my first pc for gaming with a tight budget of £400. Looking to buy part and assemble it by myself (hopefully I can do it). I dont have any idea on where to get the part and which is suitable for my budget. Anyone please give suggestion( I am in UK).
