Budget build bottlenecks?

So I've just done the cheapest budget build I could manage. I had an old apevia x-plorer case laying around, and a couple hundred bucks to spend so I threw together a dirt cheap gaming rig. My question is, out of all of these components, which will I benefit most from upgrading and what would be slowing down my system the most?

Case: Apevia X-plorer
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 RX 450W
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
CPU: AMD FX-4350
Ram: 2X 4Gb Gskill sniper
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX950 SC+
HDD: Seagate barracuda 7200.12 500gb

CPU cooler is a generic stock cooler master unit left over from the last build that lived in this case.

I'm looking to put maybe another $250 plus or minus a bit into it if it means getting an even better computer.

What is your budget? It looks okay but i would like to see if i could throw something together thats a bit better for the same price. I doubt that cpu would bottleneck a 950 in any significant way but if you were to get say a 970 there would be some bottlenecks in some games. Also that psu is pretty low quality.

Appreciate the advice. I know the PSU isn't best but a modular unit for $40 was too good to pass up. I don't know a whole lot about overclocking as of yet. Would adjusting the GPU and CPU be too much for it or does it really nor make a difference?

What you would benefit from upgrading the most, and what would be impacting the speed the most, are two different things - just FYI.

Not sure what kind of budget you're working with here, and knowing that would certainly help.

Two things I'd suggest you consider:

1. Look to an i3 for a budget rig, i5 if you can stretch to it. The FX-4350 is $90 new, compared to something like an i3-4150 at $110 or a Skylake i3-6100 at $115 (although you should have DDR4 with a Skylake setup).
The i3-4150 is also 54W vs 125W of the FX-4350
An i3 will allow you an upgrade path the an i5 (which would be preferred), as there will be no more AM3 - Zen will be AM4.
*You could consider the FX-6300 for $100, but the i3 holds it's own or betters it ~90% of the time.
Intel's are simply more efficient cores, and the i3's hyper-threading essentially negates the fact it's "technically" a dual-core.

2. PSU. From what I can see, the TR2 still runs around $40 new........the TR2 series are not the best, I know people who've had success with them, but I wouldnt recommend. If you're seeing them for $40 too, I suggest you bump that up $10-15 and go with something else.
The SeaSonic S12II 520W can be had for $54 including shipping:

XFX 550W for $56

Both quality units, and substantially better than the TR2.

I'd still like to keep with the theme of a budget build if at all possible. maybe another $250ish
