Hi all,
I'll be building a computer in a couple of weeks I thought I'd post the components I have in mind to the community just to make sure they're compatible with each other, and maybe someone would like to say something about them, something I should know about etc please let me know since it's been years since I did a build.
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Graphics: GT 730 1GB GDDR5
RAM: G.Skill 8GB 2x4GB RipjawsxDDR3
MB: Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel H81 (or Asus H81M-E?)
PSU: Corsair CX 430 Watt
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD: Samsung Evo 120GB
Case: Cooler Master N200
Drive: Any DVD optical drive (any recommendation here?)
(total is approximately $500)
- Are there any problems/incompatibility issues with this build? If there is, what components to replace without affecting the budget too much?
- Do I need an aftermarket CPU fan? (Note I probably won't be doing any overclocking unless I feel the need for speed)
