Budget build for MoBo and CPU - Your opinions, please.

Hi there :)
My current rig is:
CPU AMD FX6300
MoBo ASRock N68-VS3-FX
2x4GB Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 PC3-12800, 1.600 Mhz, C9
SSD 120 GB Kingston SSDNow v300 for OS
SSD 250 GB Samsung 850 EVO for Gaming
HDD 1TB WD Blue for Storage
GPU: RX 480 4GB Sapphire NITRO+ OC
PSU: Antec 650w (quite old)

I have CPU and MoBo since years and the MoBo it have the USB controller burnt (I'm using USB card). Also FX6300 is bottleneck for the RX 480.

So I want to buy a new CPU and new MoBo and leaving everything else.
What I'm looking for:

CPU: i5-6500 - 197€ on Amazon (discounted)
MoBo: Gigabyte Z170-HD3 (because it supports DDR3) - 90€ on Amazon (discounted)

Overcloking is not on the road at the moment so I should be fine with the stock heatsink

What do you think about this? And what for a budget and discrete PSU?

Well, personally I'm a pretty firm believer in following what the company says it supports. Seems like a pretty easy "Well, you didn't use the right x, so we aren't at fault given that we told you you shouldn't be using x with y".

That being said, if your DDR3 is running at 1.35 already that's not going to be a problem. Agreed with what Chug suggested you buy.

My country is Italy.
i5 7500 is 218€ full price on Amazon which I can afford.
Please, explain "D3" motherboard. I suggested the Gigabyte Z170-HD3 motherboard.

Skylake and Kaby Lake only support DDR3L, not DDR3. DDR3 has been shown with Skylake to damage the IMC due to the higher voltage required. If you're going to invest in Skylake or Kaby Lake I strongly suggest you also invest in new RAM.

That's only been with added voltage applied afaik.
If you run it at regular voltages there hasn't been shown to be any damage in the long term.
