My brother is looking to build his first pc, mainly for playing Rust. Any suggestions for a budget build? Preferably under $600 or $700. He wants to run it at least at medium settings with good frame rates. He's going to need a monitor as well. Windows 10 doesn't need to be included in the cost. Thanks!
