Hello gentlemen,

I need your ideas and advice: I'm trying to build budget PC for video/photo editing purposes. As far as I'm not an expert I put some time to research and came to this conclusion:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 1300X (USED) - 89$
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-AB350 (Refurbished) - 75$
GPU: EVGA GTX-1050-2gb (Used) - 85$
RAM: Corsair LPX 16GB (USED) DDR4 2666 - 134$
SSD: Kingston A400 SSD 240GB - 39$ NEW
CASE + HDD+ Power Supply: Used from old PC

Will it be sufficient to get the job done with ADOBE PREMIERE PRO, AFTER EFFECTS, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR ETC.???

Solution
For video editing more cpu threads is better. I also threw in a larger SSD for handling large files. You can skip that for a smaller one and it should save you about 30-40$.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($158.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team - Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: SanDisk - Ultra 3D 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($80.99 @ Adorama)
Total: $429.86
