Hello so I was planning my first build for xplane 11 and I would buy the parts during Black Friday (because of the ethereum mining crisis) and my budget would be around 800-900 dollars, I could go up a little bit more but I am not willing to spend more than a 1000 dollars for this build, so I made a list of parts at pcpartpicker.com. I want to run xplane at high-ultra settings with 30-50 fps. Here is my current list:

Parts:

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor (comes with CPU cooler) ($289.99)
Motherboard: MSI - B250M GAMING PRO Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($76.99)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($65.99)
Storage: Western Digital - RE3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.99)
GPU: MSI - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card ($379.99 from best buy)
Case: Corsair - 100R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99)
PSU: Rosewill - 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($49.99)
Monitor : Asus - VS228H-P 21.5" 1920x1080 Monitor ($98.99)

Solution
With black Friday deals you can't pick specific parts. Just roll with whatever is on sale. Don't get a founders edition GPU they are loud and slow.
