Budget build help

As I live in Brunei I can only get parts from Malaysia 🙁 and the parts are overpriced sadly. In a build of about $900 they will overprice it by $100 even if I buy all the parts myself. So I have come up with the list below.

CPU: AMD FX 8320 3.5 ghz RM 517 (overpriced) 🙁
GPU: Sapphire VGA AMD R9 270X 2GB DDR5 256bit VAPOR-X RM 760
MOBO: Asus AM3+ M5A97 RM 328
PSU: Corsair Power Supply CX600M 600W (CP-9020060-UK) what does UK mean? RM 293
HDD: Seagate SSHD 7200RPM 1TB 64MB RM 288
DVD drive: Liteon 24x black RM 56
RAM: 8GB Corsair Dual channel DDR3 1600mhz RM 288
Case: Coolermaster 431 plus RM 140
CPU fan Hyper 212X RM 116 (they don't sell Evo here)
Additional 120mm coolermaster sickle flow fan RM 20

Total cost: 2806 RM

How would my build performance be in Crysis 3 2X AA ultra? Would I get a constant over 30FPS?
I saw a video and the card dropped down to 14 FPS when there was explosions, is that true? And then I saw a video where the card remained at 35 FPS at exactly the same explosion scene?

I use Lelong.my for parts and I wouldn't mind another website. But if you can get a build with better performance for me that would be great! Thanks so much

what resolution are you playing at? Are you going to overclock?

Am playing at 1080P overclocking to 4.5 GHZ or so. Is that too much overclock for my CPU fan? I'm not a 60 FPS gamer so 30 FPS and above in Crysis 3 ultra would be my goal if possible? Also preferred if the build is slightly cheaper or so I'm not specific on overclocking.

Also should I get the NZXT source 210 elite or the Coolermaster 431 plus?

r9 270X will be fine.

The coolermaster 431, it has better looks.

Your cpu cooler should be fine, just make sure your temps don't exceed 65C.

Yep, those are ATX cases so it should defiantly fit.
