I am building a pc comprises of:
CPU: G-3258. I am going to overclock it. As shown in a video by TechSource https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Npx2ugLFDIo
CPU Cooler: I will not buy one because not in the video above. I dont wanna spend money more.
MOTHERBOARD: Asus H81M-V3. I need HDMI and overclocking. I need HDMI because I will buy Graphics Card next month due to less money.
RAM: 1 X Kingston HyperX 8GB (8GB for now, later 16GB. That's why buying a single stick.
PSU: Antec VP450P. Previously going for CX430 or VS450 but i find they are very cheap quality so Antec. Is the choice right?
HDD: Kingston SSD 120GB(Space is not the issue, I need speed 😀 Plus I have an old HDD also)
Graphic Card: MSI GTX 750 TI

I wanna know am I making the right choice?

I am in confusion with the Motherboard. Please give some advice.

I haven't decided the case yet. Please recommend me one which has Glass side panel.

I live in India. So recommend considering that

Prefer don't recommending from www.newegg.com. They charge a lot of money on shipping in India. I am able to consider them but not able to buy them.

Good entry-level rig there.

Great PSU, much better than the cheap, nasty Corsairs.

120GB is quite little, as almost half will be used for the OS. You will be left with less than 100GB, so keep that in mind.

The motherboard is fine.
