hi i m not the right person to help you but i see no one else reply to you yet so i ll try to help and if i m wrong they can corect me
i made a build but right now i cant find a good cpu in good price but i choose ryzen 3 3100 for this build
(if you can find it at 130$ its a good price if not you can go for ryzen 5 2600 if you find it in the same price more or less)
for motherboard i like the msi but i cant find right now in good price .
so i put this motherboard in this build it need bios update if you find the 3100 in good price .or if you can find any motherboard b450 with 'max 'in the end of name its ready for you.
in the future you can add 1 more 2x4 ram
the seasonic psu i think its great for this build.always go at least 80+gold
the case is nice and good airflow .i think any case with good arflow you can find will do the job in this build
i put 1 ssd in the future you can add more or a M.2 or maybe you have already from another build.
kingstone a400 cause it was cheap but he can do his job ok .
ram 3000mhz cl16 with xmp i think can go 3200mhz so its ok .
for the gpu now ....i think in this build if you have a 1080 monitor you will be ok. no all max in games but ok its a 600$ build.
in the future you can change cpu ang gpu for better with no problem
