Budget building: FX 6300 vs i3 4150

So im going to be purchasing a computer of of Walmarts CYBERPOWER PC 'build your own'. (Im not going to be building my own, instead just ordering it but i pick the parts) This means its going to be a little more expensive, so getting as much as possible out of my budget build is important. The fx - 6300 looks awesome on paper, but pepole says the cores are weak and its ment for multitasking more then quote on quote gaming. The i3 4150 looks okay, but pepole say the dual cores are powerful and can run games like a champ. Im not sure what took get and I would like to get some advice for what cpu is better and can outrun the other.
My budget: 600 ~ 700$

Im mostly going to be playing games and mabey watching some youtube
Games im going to be playing:
Wow, Cods, Battlefields, Borderlands, Skyrim, Lol, Diablo, and similar games.
Please do not convince me to 'build my own PC'
