For cheap and effective cases, I'd usually recommend DIYPC products. But this page doesn't sell those, so a good alternative would be this Corsair case-

- Corsair is a very competent brand that will last a long while, and by way of budget, it should meet your standards. Also, I'm not familiar with your currency, but this -seemed- to be the better of value based on cost.

EDIT: I found out this is the Philippine Peso. 😛
