Hi I am building a budget computer.The CPU is the x4 860k.the GPU is a r7 360. The ram is 8gb ddr3 1600mhz. I would like to know what the of frames I could expect in games like GTA v bf4 Garry's mod skyrim DOOM cs go at 1080p if anyone could make me a better optimized build my budget 400 tops.

Do you need an operating system? building a PC on that budget is tough if you need to buy one.

Yeah but a windows 10 key only costs 30-35 dollars that build looks like it will kill my mine lol worth the extra money
