My organization needs new PC that's affordable, so initially I was confused how to get better specs in $400 (no overprice, underprice can be better) and also we also own another PC which used for primary uses (such content creator and secretary).
After I research, think AMD Ryzen 5 APU system will be very worthed due the integrated GPU has fast performance as GT 1030 (can be less or more). Because when I paired Intel Core i3-8100 with GT 1030 willl be not economical due to the price.
If I forced to get Intel system I only get 4GB RAM, meanwhile AMD system I can get 2 x 4GB RAM in dual-channel with less price than Intel system
Here's the list:

Compared with Intel system:

I use PCPartPicker for the benchmark due to different price perception in this community and also I live in Indonesia which it currency rate rising (impact on goods price)
And also Adobe more concerned to NVIDIA CUDA solution for rendering engine than AMD OpenCL for Premiere Pro and After Effects while we can use DaVinci Resolve too
So the question, is AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega 11 more economical for built content creators PC while Adobe's apps best used with NVIDIA GPU?
Thank you
