My organization needs new PC that's affordable, so initially I was confused how to get better specs in $400 (no overprice, underprice can be better) and also we also own another PC which used for primary uses (such content creator and secretary).

After I research, think AMD Ryzen 5 APU system will be very worthed due the integrated GPU has fast performance as GT 1030 (can be less or more). Because when I paired Intel Core i3-8100 with GT 1030 willl be not economical due to the price.

If I forced to get Intel system I only get 4GB RAM, meanwhile AMD system I can get 2 x 4GB RAM in dual-channel with less price than Intel system

Here's the list:

Compared with Intel system:

I use PCPartPicker for the benchmark due to different price perception in this community and also I live in Indonesia which it currency rate rising (impact on goods price)

And also Adobe more concerned to NVIDIA CUDA solution for rendering engine than AMD OpenCL for Premiere Pro and After Effects while we can use DaVinci Resolve too

So the question, is AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega 11 more economical for built content creators PC while Adobe's apps best used with NVIDIA GPU?

Thank you

1. What are the current pc's?
2. You are better of getting an off the shelf system in this case which should be a bit cheaper.
3. the amd pcpartpicker list is private

Our current existing PC:
ASRock B85 Fatal1ty
Intel Core i5-4460
Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600
ASUS Strix GTX 750 Ti 2GB OC
OCZ Arc 120GB SSD
WD Blue 500GB
Raidmax RX-500AF 500W PSU

While our existing PC specs felts enough for us, but we need secondary PC to also replace broken HP All in One PC (20-r022l)

Some off the shelf system that I found using unknown cheap PSU

The third one, here's the fix:

The evga psu is not much better than a generic psu.
The problem with the amd system is that you need to hope that the bios is updated if it's not the gpu in the 2400g won't work and you'll have to use a gpu to upgrade it. You can temporarily use the 750ti then to do the update if needed which doesn't take that long.

Do you mean generic PSU on off the shelf PC?

I know that, but I was troubled to find nice and cheap PSU (such Seasonic) as they frequently out of stock. I saw that Cooler Master MWE series can be durable on the local video review. If you have good recommendation about PSU under $75 and valuable I'll welcomed
