budget cooler fan for radeon 4870

I have an HIS 4870 and since this morning, the fan is acting weirdly.. making huge rattling noise and it even stops spinning at times when my casing is in vertical.. (i.e. fan pointing downwards)... so i am searching for a new cooler/fan replacement for it.. a budget/cheap one for a quick fix as i am planning to buy a new highend GPU next year. if possible a cooler less than $30-35.... thx

I highly recommend ^ this cooler though. I have it on a 6950 and a GTX460, and neither card goes above 50C.

i don't live in US and newegg does not ship to me... any other cheaper alternatives?

Not sure that that cooler would be able to displace enough heat, it only is rated for 120W. Its also not on the recommended list.

As said above, the cooler would not be able to displace enough heat for your 4870, as it only has a cooling rating of 120W. The 4870 has a 150W max tdp.
