Budget cooling for i7 6800k clocked @ 4.0Ghz

I want to over clock my i7 6800k core a bit. Nothing to drastic.

I am looking for a budget cooler. I currently have the Hyper Evo 212. However I know that it is a fairly cheap cooler and I want my processor cooler then what it can do.

I was looking at the Noctua NH-U14S. As I have the D15 in my gaming rig and it's awesome. However a bit expensive and large as my build is a node 804 mATX

Is there a better cooler then the NH-U14S in the same price range?

Also open to recommended coolers? Budget is flexible. I really don't know if I want to go for liquid cooling.

If you delid your processor your temps will drop about 20C using Liquid Metal thermal compound.

The x99 chips are all soldered. Not something I would do. I don't mind to delid with adhesive.
