^+1 yeah, it's not very hot. It's also not as if you can OC that chip. The stock cooler is designed to manage the tamps perfectly. Don't be worrying. Just applying thermal paste anew will prob reduce the temps by 5c. Don't waste the money on a new cooler.
I noticed that , when it gets to 71 C spikes laggs for a second . Are you sure that only the thermal paste could make 65C limit .
well thermal paste replacing is required maybe once a year or maybe every second year. Best to keep up good practice with it, as it degrades over time (and obviously with increase heat). New thermal paste applicaiton, generally brings the temps down by about 5c. Some higher quality paste will reduce it even more.
I suppose the point is, that buying a new cooler isn't required. Just re-apply the paste. There are some very easy to follow guides on doing it.
