Budget cpu for video editing

Hello! I'm looking for BUDGET CPU for video editing (Davinci Resolve + PremierePro).
I found rx460 graphic card good for my work,but not sure about cpu and motherboard (which low cost cpu would make it's best with this graphic) .
Can you help me please

Well, I'd say an i5 should be a minimum for that.
