Budget CPU + MOBO

Hi , is there any way i can get Good cpu and decent mother board (not for overclocking) for 150euro or under? If possible ddr3 motherboard because i have 8gb ddr3 so that would cost less .

What about 200euro? Anything decent? cpu+mobo+ram ddr4? or cpu+mobo that supports ddr3?
