I like you parts list, but the only part I would suggest changing in the GPU. I would rather go with an AMD GPU because if you go to Nvidia, you are shut out of all SLI solutions. With AMD, that motherboard can do some nice Crossfire. I personally own that motherboard and it is quite a nice bit of hardware for the price.
