Decent but I thinkthe rx580 & a freesync screen are the better choice.

Very similar performance , Battlefield titles perform better on amd for sure, & in the instances where youre not hitting full refresh rate freesync will make sure your gameplay is buttery smooth.
Do you need OS? Peripherals? Monitor?

Thankyou. Do you think thats the cheapest cpu/gpu combo i can go with for a consistent 100 fps ?

 
Youre asking too much for the budget imo.
100fps+?? That budget wont get you a 144htz monitor which makes anything above 75fps redundant anyway .

Rx 580, freesync screen & be happy with 75fps is my advice.
