Budget Freesync Monitors

Having recently built my first gaming PC (4460, r9 380) and having used it on a piss poor 720p monitor I had lying around and using v-sync for a while, I'm looking to eliminate tearing and flickering without locking my FPS soon with a freesync monitor. The problem is, I'm on a tight budget. I wouldn't like to spend much more than £150, maybe I could push to £200, but I'd really rather not. Am I likely to get anything worth while for that price, or should I just save up more?

Please note that I'm not a massive monitor buff, I'm not doing any editing or anything, this is a build I use for gaming and browsing, with some school work, little more. I don't care much for colour accuracy or any of that jazz. I don't want or need anything more than 1080p. I also don't really want anything bigger than 24"

tl;dr: I'm tired of the tearing and flickering, and I'm tired of the locked fps and micro stutters of v-sync. So I'm looking for a freesync monitor for no more than £200, preferably less. Is it worth looking second hand? What of the two I listed above? Also note that I probably won't be buying anything for a couple of months
