The build looks good to me. But the Graphic card could have been better. What exactly is your max budget?

And what about your Case and PSU? Which ones did you choose for those?

psu cx600m. and http://i5.walmartimages.com/dfw/dce07b8c-a282/k2-_520c998e-9090-4aec-81f2-a25951baf86a.v1.jpg

the g-card was new in the box unopened from e-bay @ $100. & 1x 2tb hdd and a slave @ 500gb
my budget is my wife's pocket and getting in her pocket is like rattle-in a bee's nest.

16GB is probably a bit of overkill, especially since you're mixing 2 different sets of RAM. It would be better to use the cash spent on the RAM on other components. For example, the 750Ti is a decent budget card, but depending on how much you plan on paying for it you could probably get an R9 270X (more VRAM, better GPU).

Also, I don't see a hard drive listed here. For a budget build, a 1TB HDD is more than sufficient, but again if you save the cash on the extra RAM you should be able to afford at least a 120-128GB SSD for your OS & some of your apps, with a 1TB HDD as the storage option.

Case looks good. Seems like enough sir flow would be available on it. Make sure to add additional intake and exhause fans if they are not already included in the case. Best combination would be, 1 or preferably 2 front Intakes and idf available top 1 or 2 exhausts with a rear exhaust. If side intake option is there, add another side intake fan as well.
