Im on a tight budget im planning to. Play AAA games in low 720p~900p,

In near future I'll be adding A GPU

Will this build be enough until then

R5-2400g
EX-A320M motherboard
Crossair LPX 8GB 3000mhz
Circle 400 watt Smps

Solution
Yes, the R5-2400G has a decent RX560 like graphics chip in it. A low end card, but certainly enough for gaming at low settings, what it was designed for.

Replace the A320 board with a B350 or B450 motherboard. That will allow not only overclocking, but likely easier to set up the 3000Mhz memory (particularly with B450, they fixed a lot of memory compatibility issues, and made some optimizations)

I highly suggest picking up a "name brand" power supply. Seasonic, Antec, EVGA, Corsair. That one component makes everything else work and a poor power supply will make the internal components work harder to convert voltages, and if it ever fails you want it to do so gracefully and not take your expensive components with it.

Ditch that power supply: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3771645/buy-circle-400w-smps.html

Get a solid, reliable model from a reputable brand. You can't go wrong with Seasonic. There are other brands/models that are pretty good out there as well.

You do NOT want to take a risk on a questionable, low-quality power supply, as if it goes bad, it has the potential to take out your system, or be a fire-hazard.

On a different note: you don't make it clear whether you're going with a single RAM stick, or a pair of 4GB RAM sticks. Ryzen likes fast RAM, and you definitely want it to run in dual-channel mode. If the budget is really constrained, get a pair of 4GB sticks, but since you only have 2 slots, and some games are just starting to push past the 8GB usage point, a pair of 8GB sticks would be better long-term.
