I know it's quite a low budget, I may have more to spend in the future, it depends how much money I make from a website I've been designing for someone.
Here are the parts I wish to use. Are they all compatible? Will they work well with what I plan to do?
Intel Core i3-3225 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor
I chose this it's relatively cheap but has the high performance integrated graphics processor. I know they aren't as good as graphic cards but it's a hell of a lot cheaper.

Gigabyte H61MA-D2V Intel H61 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
This is compatible with my processor, quite cheap and includes 2 USB 3.0 ports which fits my needs quite well.

OCZ CoreXtreme 500w '80 Plus' Power Supply
Is this enough to run my rig? 500W seems more than enough to me but I would like someone to confirm this.

Cooler Master Elite 344 Micro ATX Case
I really love the look of this case. One thing I would like is to be able to use it's USB 3.0 ports on the front but my motherboard doesn't have any headers. Is it still possible somehow? Also, I'm open to suggestions on a cheaper case and/or PSU if you know of one.

Samsung 224BB 24x DVD Re-Writer - SATA - Black - OEM
Cheap and cheerful.

8GB, 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600 RAM
Is this compatible? I believe so but not entirely certain. Would I be better off buying 2x4GB instead? I think this worked out cheaper.

Western Digital 500 GB,Internal,7200 RPM,3.5" (WD5000AAKS) Hard Drive
Again, cheap and cheerful. Just looking for something simple here. Although I plan on buying an SSD in the future for booting/screen recording.

That's the lot. What do you think?
Thanks.
