Question Budget gaming build - case compatability

Hi there,
A family member wants a budget gaming PC.
They're going to look for a used GTX 1060 or something like that because anything is going to be an improvement over the 750 ti they have. it's in a modded dell optiplex.

The PSU is a Cooler Master 460w which he currently has.
What is the situation with hte case? We don't really care about whether we can use the USB c or not but will the other USB's all be okay? Again speed isn't an issue for USB transfer etc.
Also I just built a PC with this mobo today and found you could only connect one fan?

Full system specs original model nber and all that will help determine what parts your working with

Everything minis the type ç and 3.0 slots looks like will work I don't see a usb3 header but I may have over looked it.
