Budget gaming card for 650w power supply

Hello i was planning on building a new gaming computer and i have all the parts except the graphics card picked out. I just need some help on which card to choose as there are many cards out there but they're either too expensive or just not trusted brands. 🙁 my budget for now on how much i can waste on a card is $100 dollars or less please respond if you have a card in mind 😀

also 😀 i just want a card that card that can run fallout3, oblivion, dirt 3, black ops on med-high settings 😀

HD6750 is the best card for $100 before rebate but the HD6770 is worth the extra $10 if you can afford it. This one is only $5 more right now with shipping taken into account and is actually cheaper after rebate;

Alternately if you are ok with large mail-in rebates this GTX 460 is significantly faster than any of the other cards mentioned and can OC a ton on top of that;
