Budget gaming combo

Please give advice. Trying to find a combo to builld my first gaming pc to play games like Rage, BF3, Fallout and Far Cry 3.
Any suggestions (on a budget)

i5 4460 is way better than fx 6300 and r7 260x is faster than gtx 750.

you can run intel processors with amd card without any problem and vice verse one more thing i5 4460 is a haswel refresh processor and you have to update the bios if you are using with a h87 board so for out of the box performance get the h97 motherboard.
