I have a budget of 1000usd and wanted to build a gaming rig with a 1070 and a cpu that i can overclock and this is what i have come up with through surfing the web and asking people. i already have the storages but i just included it so people can see the overall so i would actual be spending around closer to 1000. if you guys have any better suggestions in what i should replace etc please let me know.
