what games are you going to play? if you want to play arma 2 and 3 or DayZ you will NEED to go intel route amd cpus are horrible on arma and DayZ. but the gpu is fine. (if you decide to go intel you will need to get a different motherboard)

Wouldn't recommend DDR3 for a skylake system, the memory controller isn't rated for RAM with that high of a voltage and may cause problems down the road.
