Budget gaming GPU that tops the Radeon 7790?

I'm on a tight budget, looking to squeeze out what I can on it. I can pickup the Radeon 7790 for about $135 from Newegg.

Is there an obvious choice that I'm missing that delivers more power for less money? Being a university student, saving even $10-20 is big for me.

Mainly using it for WoW, Minecraft, and general university work.

The phenom II 965 is only $100 on newegg and I don't think you can get a better value unless you were to buy one used from ebay or amazon.

Yeah I was gonna suggest a 1GB Boost. Massively faster than 7790.

Definitely the GTX 650Ti Boost 1GB. Or the HD 7850 1GB if you don't mind overclocking (only way that card is worth the extra over the 650Ti Boost).

I actually don't even consider it a budget card with the performance being equal to the high-end cards of the previous generation. Really excellent performer for such a low price.
