Budget gaming laptop

What are some good laptops that is between $700-1000 that can run modern games in high settings like far cry 4 and mortal komat x? Appreciate the help.

I would try and look for msi in the price range as they are good at budget gaming laptops. Look at the ge range. But I assume you don't mind dropping the res to 720p while gaming as I think that all laptop will struggle to play games at 1080p high settings.

If you want to play games on a tight budget, it's gonna have to be a desktop PC.

im ignorant with gaming laptop but i was told that alienware are overprice, but heard it's good. is it true? Appreciate the help mate.

Alienware (15 inch) is better as the gpu is much stronger. Also the case is more bulkier which means better cooling. But these 2 laptops are designed for different people. The msi is for someone that wants portability with some power whereas the alienware is more of a traditional drt.

The MSI one I linked you is much better than the alienware and is only 20$ more.
