You havent included any prices so its awkward for me to suggest tweaks.

One thing i would suggest though is ditch the sound card, the onboard sound of the motherboard will be fine and then you can use whatever money is saved to up your graphics card.

Yeah, let me put the prices up. I'm not sure the onboard sound will be sufficient though, especially taking into consideration it's a pretty cheap mobo.

This is how I first got started in my budget rig:

APEX PC-389-C Black Steel ATX Mid Tower $20
BioStar A770E3 AM3 Motherboard $37
AMD Phenom II X3 740 Black Edition Heka 3.0GHz $88
Kingston ValueRAM 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin $70
5400 Rpm Laptop Hard Drive 500 Gb $Free
Asus DVD-RW $18
VisionTek Radeon HD 4650 512 Mb $20
Antec Basiq BP430 430W Continuous Power $43
Two case fans $16
Total $312

I later upgraded to a Sapphire 5670 1Gb, added 4 Gb more to the memory and I'm running a full size hard drive. After upgrading, I'm at around $500 for total cost of my computer.

I completely forgot about this thread. Anywho, the check for this rig is going to clear tomorrow, so I think really the only thing left in the air at the moment is the case, which I accidentally created a new thread for.
