Looked for parts that were cheaper out there. We can save on the Case and PSU, as these are cheaper out there, now we're at $565 + the OS. FYI, this build is based on the article here, which includes tips for overclocking the CPU (it overclocks great). http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-budget-gaming-pc,3943-7.html

G3258 with B85-G43 GAMING can overclock,so I would prefer a little bit overclocking to 4.0GHz,will have more performace for gaming.

I managed to find the parts for this with a few changes, the case and the OS (I already have OS) and it costs $720 including shipping. And just wondering Us this mother a decent one for over-clocking because I will probably do that.

Did you forget to link it?

Also, my build above was using Australian vendors.

Agreed that if you have the OS and extra money, bump the video card up to a AMD R9 280, or NVIDIA GTX 760. Whichever is cheaper out there.

As for overclocking, the article I linked above mentions how they Tom's got a big overclock with that motherboard: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-budget-gaming-pc,3943-7.html

You would need to add a decent aftermarket cooler to the build. Here, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO has been the go-to for a few years. If you have something similar out there, with good reviews, go for it. You won't be able to do much OC'ing with the stock cooler.

Slightly tweaked, you just need a good cooler if you want to OC. The cheapest well-reviewed model I could find on PC Picker out there was a Noctua Low-Profile model for $50. Maybe you can do better yourself. Just make sure it's compatible with the socket you choose, is well reviewed, and it will fit in the case.

You can downgrade the GPU to a 270X, if you need to save money.
