I would consider an RX570 4gb over the 1060 3gb.
They perform about the same, but the extra Vram of the 570 is welcome.

2400mhz ram is a no-no for ryzen. Consider a 3000mhz kit.

Also, I would consider an SSD to speed up the build.

I would upgrade the CPU to a R5 1600 if possible.

Well, it isn't bad. However, I would drop back to 8 GB of RAM at PC 3200 speed and drop down to a 550W power supply, then use that money to upgrade to the GTX 1060 6GB or RX 580, possibly even a GTX 1660. With any additional money it would be worth your time to put a small SSD in there for Windows and other applications to live on, and use the 1TB drive for games and mass storage.

Will there be enough space for the WiFi card to be able to fit in the PCIe 1x alongside the GPU?

I'm assuming the 1060 3gb was used and you wouldn't mind a used GPU. You can get a used RX570 4gb or 8gb for pretty cheap.

Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse ITX 4GB Graphics Card
£89 with free postage.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sapphire...410314&hash=item4b5fc0a2b4:g:ViwAAOSwepdcg9nA

SAPPHIRE RX 480 8GB NITRO+ Graphics Card
£98 with free postage
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SAPPHIRE...687987?hash=item1a79dd2db3:g:WioAAOSwxlxcrUYP
I got this exact card (from a different seller) for $89 (72 pounds) awhile back. It is slightly older but better performing than a 4gb 570 or 3gb 1060.
( It had some issues I quickly resolved with AMDvbflash, but since yours is from another seller it should be ok.)
