I'd try real hard to get a 990fx motherboard for the overclocking potential, to help your 8320 reach it's potential.

My things are expensive in Oz. Well, about 20-30% ish on some of the items over what I can get them delivered for here in Canada.

Hyper 212 should cost about the same for a cpu cooler, and moves a fair bit more cfm. Again helping with the OC to make that FX chip shine.
 
It's a bit pricier but will last you a lot longer
