Hey guys I have been thinking about building a budget gaming pc with the following components.

Cpu : amd fx-6300
mother board : ASUS m5a97
ram : crucial balistics sport 8gb ram set ( 4gbx2 )
Hdd : 1tb wd blue drive
gpu : sapphire Radeon gddr5
psu : corsair builder series cx 600
Total cost on amazon with out case and os : 534.47

I have a few questions for you.

Will this cpu bottleneck the gpu?
And how well would it perform ?
Is the psu rated high enough?

You didn't even state what graphics card. Saphire Radeon gddr5 is not a graphics card. Here's a completely different build:
