In Japan, everything here costs a significant amount more than in the US, so it may seem like a 500$-450$ build in the US. My budget is approx. 70k Yen (700$). Is there anything in my build which would conflict or bottleneck?

Case:Zalman ZM-T3 with a ZM500-LE PSU (6k Yen)
MoBo: Asus M5A78L/USB3 (9.5k Yen)
CPU: AMD FX 6300 (12k Yen)
GPU: Asus Strix OC GTX 750 ti (18k Yen)
HDD: WD Red 2TB (11k Yen)
RAM: G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2 2x4GB (8k yen)
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (3.5k Yen)

They don't sell AMD GPUs here, so I have to stick with Nvidia's GPUS

Yep you are fine. If you have any other Bottlenecking inquires, press the Bottlenecking Guide & Chart near the bottom right of this reply.

I would recommend trying to get a budget 1gig or 2gig hdd instead paired with a 256gb ssd drive for your os drive. 540mb/s speeds rather than 150mb/s is a huge jump in drive speed.

It should be noted that a few games now need more than 8GB in memory, some now need at least 16GB to run.

So is it worth getting an i3-4170 for 3k yen more than the FX 6300? Also what is a good budget Intel Micro-ATX mobo if i decide to switch to a core i3?
