Budget Gaming PC For Flight Simulator X

Hi,
I am looking to build a budget gaming PC on a budget of AUD$700-800 for FSX, it's a first time build and I'm new to this, here's what I've got so far

Will these work together, and if they do, how well will they work on FSX. Any advice would be appreciated.

Why would you pair a 4690K with a low end GT740? Why not drop the CPU to a mid range i5 like the 4460 and then upgrade the GPU to an R9-280 or GTX 960? That would be a better investment if you ask me.

Isn't FSX extremely CPU intensive compared to other games through? Do you know of any better nvidia graphics cards I can get at a similar or slightly more expensive price?
