Budget Gaming PC (For next gen games with medium high - high settings?)

Hi, I have been using a crappy old laptop to play games for the longest time now and am looking at getting an upgrade, I would like to pick and choose parts through memory express. My budget is 1,500$ - 2,000$. So I have no intentions of cheeping out this time, I would not mind paying 2,000$ for a computer if it is worth the value but I'm not sure if its necessary. Some games I play, and would like to play in the future are: Middle Earth - Shadow of Mordor, Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Siege, Tom Clancy's The Division. Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, (and any elder scrolls game in the future) aswell as League of Legends. I do not need a Desktop that can run ultra graphics, I would be happy with "medium" or "medium-high" to "high" the big concern for me is it has to run smooth as glass at like 60fps +, cause the reason im doing this is because im tired of playing on minimal graphics and still having unplayable frame rates.

Parts not required: Mouse, Headset

I have no idea how overclocking works... so yeah any pointers there are welcome.

With this setup, you will be playing most, if not all games on Ultra. Are you using a 1080p monitor?

RookieOfTheYear has a bit more cost effective build that will still get Ultra settings. The only thing I would change is getting dual channel memory, ie 2 x 4GB at 1866 Mhz.

I also have a black and blue color scheme going with the motherboard, case and keyboard all being black with blue accents. This thing would look and perform great!
