Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my PC into a budget gaming PC (preferably no more than $1000), below are my current specs:

CPU
AMD A8-5600K
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M (CPUSocket)
Graphics
512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7560D (ASRock)
CrossFire Disabled
PSU
shaw evo-775max gaming psu

At the moment, I have been looking at the following upgrades:

CPU
Intel CORE i5-8600K 3.60GHz 9MB Cache LGA1151 Coffee Lake Boxed CPU
MotherBoard
Intel Z370 Motherboard
Powersupply
Coolermaster MWE 450W 80 Bronze Power Supply Unit

Could anyone reccomend me a budget GPU to run with this suggested set or/and any other superior upgrades? Ideally something that could run most modern games over 60 fps on med-high settings.

Please and thank you.

For 1080p, the refresh rate seems to be 60 Hz. Even if it is 75 Hz, I would strongly suggest going with either the i5 8400 or the Ryzen 5 1600/2600X for your build, unless you plan on switching to a 120+ Hz display soon. You'll save some money that you can invest in other important things like an SSD, a better case, or more HDD storage. Sample build:

Before suggesting parts, can you tell me what monitor you have? If it isn't a high refresh rate monitor, you really don't need the 8600K, the 8400 or the Ryzen 5 1600/2600/2600X will be better choices. That being said, assuming it is indeed a high refresh rate monitor, here's my recommendation:

I have a ASUS VP278H, I believe the refresh rate is 50 - 75 Hz.
