My brother is looking fo buy a pc but ive persuaded him hes better off doing a custom build rather than rebuilt.

His budget is £400-500

If your brother doesn't need much storage space you could dump the HDD on @ScrewySqrl build and get a better GPU. The 2600/16gb would be better then my build.
