My parents really wanted to get my sister started on a hobby so for her birthday I purchased her a Apevia Xpioneer ATX Mid Tower Case (White and Blue).

I also have a Gigabyte B360M DS3H MOBO I can give her.

She is wanting to know what she can get for a budget PC. She is only 13 years old.
