H110 mobo would need a BIOS update to support Kaby Lake processors. You can't update without a Skylake processor. Better to go with a B250 board if you want a Kaby Lake processor.

Hi, Thank you for your reply @Mrn1ce9uy, The person Who's building the PC for me Will upgrade the bios himself so that's okay regarding that issue.

I'm looking at that site and they seem to be out of stock or over priced on most of the good power supplies.

Strict no no for that PSU. It may make your nice PC components go boom boom. I strongly urge you to adjust your budget to make room for a good PSU from Seasonic, Corsair CX and above series etc. even if it means buying a lower priced CPU or GPU. Take some time to read the below article:
