Hello everyone i'm poor gamer as you see :)

Building my first custom pc so I have some questions for you,

Exchange rates are very high in my country and seem to not go down :-/

Taxes included I'v got 350$ (if I convert it correctly) so I will stick with a build which can be overclocked.

I have an old vga monitor with the resolution of 1280x1024 so there is no need for hd gaming for me.

This is all I got for now:

Mobo: MSI H81M-P33
Proc: G3258
G. Card: Asus R9 270 DCU II
Ram: GSKILL 4GB Ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.5V

Case and power supply is not included here but I'll get a 500w powered case later.

Questions: (OCed, and Non-OCed answers please)

1. Can I play GTA V, BF 4, FarCry 4 with high/ultra setting(1280x1024)?
2. If so, how many fps can I get? If not, fps in medium settings?

Thank you for your answers :)

r9 270x is about $5 usd more than the r9 270( on amazon USA ), So I would recommend to get that for better performance. Hard to tell exactly what you'll be getting on 1024p but here shows GTA 5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZezszTEZqI high settings with a slightly better CPU and he gets 35+ FPS. You would definitely be getting a lot better performance on 1024 P. Theres ton of gameplay videos with the r9 270x on youtube if you want to see more games.

By the way, I'd recommend investing in more ram as its vital for playing newer games. Also Far Cry 4 doesnt officially support gaming with the pentium G3258 and you would need to download a mod to be able to run it. :S

In 2-3 months I hope I will get another 4 gig ram. In my country the difference between g.cards is 50$. Unfortunately buying on Amazon is not an option for me. Then I can go with this system with an extra ram.

Thank you for your answer !
